LifeCall, LLC has partnered with the United States Postal Service to ensure quick, safe, and secure delivery of your medical alert system.

 

Shipping Methods and Fulfillment

Unless otherwise requested or noted by way of promotion, items will be shipped via Priority Mail and may take as many as 3 business days from time the order is processed and fulfilled.

Premium shipping options including Priority Mail Express for guaranteed overnight delivery is available for an additional charge.

Orders received between Monday and Friday (non-holiday) will be processed and fulfilled within 24 hours. All others will be completed the next business day.

 

Orders that Require Additional Processing

Order delivery times may be delayed when additional processing is required because of the credit authorization, backordered equipment, insufficient or inaccurate information provided when placing the order or incomplete payment. We’ll do our best to contact you via phone or email right away if there is a problem with your order.

 

Order Status

Once an order has been processed, a USPS tracking number will be available to track your order.

Return Policy

 

15-Day Risk-Free Trial

Your satisfaction is important to us, so we give you the opportunity to try our service with a 15-day risk-free trial. If you are not completely satisfied with LifeCall’s medical alert equipment or services, and you return all system equipment (at your expense) in full working condition within the first 15 days of your agreement, you will be given a full refund, excluding any express shipping costs.

 

Cancellation of Service

After the 15-day trial period, if for any reason the service is no longer needed, simply return all LifeCall system equipment. A prorated refund will be issued for unused service that may have been pre-paid past the initial nonrefundable 90-day fee. To cancel service, simply call us or return all equipment and accessories to us by mailing the system to us at your expense. Service will be cancelled effective the day the system is received in full working condition at our location.
